Economic Empowerment
We collaborate with various partners to design and implement programmes that provide beneficiaries with essential resources for sustainable income generation activities. These programmes are dedicated to fostering the growth of both individual and group owned enterprises by providing skills development, essential training in entrepreneurial best practices and capital goods with a particular emphasis on income generation for long-term job creation and sustainability.
As firm proponents of the idea that the economic empowerment and inclusion of women is a catalyst for economic and social development, our efforts are largely focused on them. Our activities under this pillar are pathways to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) 1, 8, and 10, namely:
