Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital

Donation of Kes. 50 million to Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital towards equipping the ultra-modern Paediatric Critical Care Unit (PCCU) and Radiology departments of the newly constructed hospital wing. This donation enabled the doctors to better respond to the needs of young patients and increase their chance of survival.

Grevy’s Zebra Trust

Drought response following an appeal from the Kenyan Government to the private sector to raise a targeted KES 2 billion for crisis intervention.

The project scope included the provision and distribution of food relief packages to support adult and child daily nutritional needs as guided by the National Drought Management Authority (NDMA) Minimum Food Basket Guidelines for Kenya.

Kenya Red Cross

I&M Foundation set aside a total of Kshs. 50 million, to help cushion vulnerable communities from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.The raft of activities included Kes. 25 million to support the government’s effort in the supply of healthcare products and medical equipment.

This donation was channeled directly to selected recipients, ensuring that the intervention data was captured by the National COVID-19 Emergency Response Fund. Another Kes. 25 million went towards food packages and hand sanitisation stations.

Kamili Organisation

I&M Foundation supports Kamili Organisation by covering the salary of their dedicated lead nurse in Nairobi who offers clinical assessment, treatment and support to more than 10,000 patients and care givers across the country.

All the other Kamili Organization nurses’ salaries are paid by the National and County Governments where they operate. Kamili presently runs six clinics in Nairobi.
