Who We Are

I&M Foundation spearheads the shared value agenda for I&M Bank and is responsible for delivering a positive impact to society through social investment programs in four key thematic focus areas. The Foundation is sustained by an annual endowment from I&M Bank Kenya of 2% of its Profit Before Tax (PBT). Prior to the establishment of I&M Foundation, I&M Bank’s philanthropy activities were undertaken through a CSR committee.
